It just seems that most of the materials look too «metallic» or glossy, but it’s easily tweaked. The lighting is impressive and all of my projects worked from scratch. You walk through your project like in a videogame. What really convinced me is that you have ZERO overhead, just take your project, press play and there you go. Renderings in 4k resolution give stunning results! In large projects walkthroughs suffer from rather low performance though. I have had no problem running various apps with the Oculus Rift, but this does not work. You accidentally signed up for a webinar instead of a student license. Also some people using generic model as door panel.
